Refund policy

We are pleased to offer $9.99 flat rate shipping on your entire order within the Continental United States. You may also chose to schedule free in-shop pickup.

Most orders ship out from our Pleasant Unity PA shop within one business day of your online order.  We will email tracking information when your order ships.

We use biodegradable packing to keep your cherished products safe during shipment, but sometimes thing break during shipping. If your order is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of all packing and damaged products and notify us by email at


Handmade objects are individually unique and may have minor variations that are part of the making process and do not represent defects. We do our best to highlight these in product photos. We want you to enjoy your purchases, so if your order arrives intact, but you are not completely satisfied with it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit upon the return of your item. Please email us within five days of receipt of your purchase to initiate a refund request.


Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns of pantry items or apothecary products. The responsibility for getting the items back to us safely is yours. We are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. We suggest that you bring your returns to a trusted shipper to have them packaged for shipping. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only after returned products  are received. Once an item is received, we'll issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping.
