Refund policy

Sometimes things break. We will refund or replace any items that you receive in damaged or defective condition. Please email us within five days of receipt with pictures of the damaged item(s) and pictures of the packaging. Do not discard the items or packaging until you hear back from us. Due to the delicate nature of ceramics we insure shipped items for their full value. We are required to provide the shipper with pictures to initiate a postal claim, and refund the amount.

 

Handmade objects are individually unique and may have minor variations that are part of the making process and do not represent defects. We do our best to highlight these in product photos. We want you to enjoy your purchases, so if your order arrives intact, but you are not completely satisfied with it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit upon the return of your item. Please email us within five days of receipt of your purchase to initiate a refund request.

 

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns of pantry items or apothecary products. The responsibility for getting the items back to us safely is yours. We are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than new condition. We suggest that you bring your returns to a trusted shipper to have them packaged for shipping. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only after returned products  are received. Once an item is received, we'll issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping.
