Known for her Urban Botanical Art, Margot Guralnick documents the intersection of nature and the city with quiet intensity.  What began as a collector’s impulse to gather finds on walks with her late dog, Enrique, became an unexpected daily practice.
 
She created collages of her finds and began to share them on Instagram. Margot's Instagram feed @dogwalkdiarynyc has developed a devoted following.
 
Margot says, “When I called my practice Dog Walk Diary, I had no idea how autobiographical it would be. The pieces really add up to my life story in such unexpected ways.”
