Smithey Chef Skillet #10

It’s finally here.
Smithey aficionados have been asking for the No. 10 Chef Skillet, and we finally added it to our shop list. And honestly, I get the fuss.
 
It’s that just-right size for weeknight dinners, sautéing a pile of vegetables, or making an omelet big enough that nobody has to pretend they’re not hungry. The gently sloped sides make flipping and moving things around a breeze.
And then there’s that gorgeous, polished Smithey cooking surface. Season it well, and it becomes naturally nonstick, gets better with use, and cleans up beautifully.
 
I have a feeling this one is going to get a lot of use in our kitchen.
