Our blackberries and mint have been producing like crazy this year, so we started adding them to the lime and tonic drinks we’ve been slurping all season. We’re hooked. Fresh berries, mint, lime, Pink House Alchemy Tonic Syrup, lots of ice and plenty of fizz. That’s pretty much our ideal warm-weather drink. There are still warm days and fresh berries left to savor, so we’re making these while we can.

Check out our Blackberry Mint Tonic Elixir recipe here. If you like your drinks hard, make it a cocktail with gin or vodka and a splash of Chambord.

And yes, we have the Tonic Syrup in the shop.
